Standard liability at $0.60 per pound is included in every move. The VIP Protection Plan raises that to up to $10,000 of coverage for your valuables.

Each item is documented before moving day, so there is no argument later about what was in the truck or what it was worth.

Items under the plan get the packing they need — custom crating, extra padding, separate handling — not the standard blanket-and-go.

02 How is this different from the coverage already included?+
Every move includes standard liability at $0.60 per pound per article. That is weight-based, so a 40-pound television is covered for $24. The VIP Protection Plan is value-based and goes up to $10,000.
03 Is there a deductible?+
No. The claims process is straightforward and there are no out-of-pocket costs when you file.
04 Do I have to list my valuables in advance?+
Yes, and it is in your interest. Each high-value item is documented before moving day, so there is nothing to argue about later regarding what was in the truck or what it was worth.
05 Does the plan change how you handle my things?+
It does. Items under the plan get the packing they need — custom crating, extra padding, separate handling — rather than standard wrap-and-load. Coverage and care go together.
06 What if I need more than $10,000 of coverage?+
Then full value replacement insurance through a third-party provider is the right route, and your coordinator will point you to it. We hold no commercial interest in that provider.
