01 What exactly do I pack and what do you pack?+
You pack the small items: kitchen contents, décor and clothing. We pack and protect everything large — furniture, mattresses, mirrors, TVs — and we disassemble and reassemble whatever needs it.
02 Are supplies included?+
Labor, supplies and truck are included in the quote. If you want boxes delivered in advance so you can start early, tell your consultant and we drop them off.
03 What if I do not finish packing in time?+
Tell us before the date. We can add packing labor on the day, but it costs hours we did not plan for — it is cheaper to move up to Full Packing when you book.
04 Can I add unpacking later?+
Yes. Unpacking is what separates this from White Glove. You can add it up to the day before.
